What They Say…

Hannah’s pregnancy yoga class is amazing; worst thing about having a baby is no longer having it to go to on Saturday mornings ! Perfect yoga and an amazing space to talk afterwards

“I feel so lucky to have found Hannah’s classes during my pregnancy. Hannah’s sessions were expertly delivered, varied, and always helped me to zone out of the day to day to focus on baby.
The Goan Community Centre is a beautiful environment for the sessions and the post yoga chats have been invaluable in sharing tips and experiences with other local mums to be.”

Hannah's pregnancy yoga has been a place of respite during the last weeks of my pregnancy. It's been a gentle way to take some time for myself on Saturday mornings, exercise that makes me feel a lot better in my body and meet some other like-minded mums in the meantime. Would recommend anyone who's pregnant and in the area to go as Hannah takes great care to create a community that is so important once you've had your child.

Awesome pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes. Hannah is so knowledgeable and kind, her classes are pure bliss. The chats and meet ups after class were so helpful to navigate pregnancy and the postnatal period as well as making friends! If you're pregnant JOIN!

Hannah creates a wonderful and restorative space for her pregnancy and post-natal classes. Each class has been so thoughtfully designed and is a great way to meet other mums! The setting is also beautiful, overlooking Downhills Park.

I attended Hannah’s pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes and really enjoyed them. Her classes are suitable for women at all stages of pregnancy and postpartum (>6 weeks) and with any amount of yoga experience. I would highly recommend them to any pregnant or postnatal woman who wants to stay active and meet other mums.

Hannah's yoga classes have been a grounding force in my pregnancy. Having lost my last daughter at 23 weeks I'd found other classes triggering, but I explained my circumstances to Hannah and she was kind and understanding from the get-go.

Hannah has a really good understanding of the body and physiology of birth so every week I felt like I got more ‘tools’ for labour. There was also a mix of relaxation and a great community and chat afterwards. In the group there was a mix of people planning for births including planned C-sections and home births - no ‘one way’ was pushed on us: It was a welcoming and inclusive space.

I’m so grateful for Hannah's classes and will miss them now my daughter is due any day !

Hannah takes the time to ask about how your body is feeling and adapts the class to you, for example, I had PGP in a previous pregnancy and she addressed that. I instantly felt a difference doing the hip listing exercise and it’s so nice to get some relief from the aches and pains of pregnancy!

Hannah creates a very calm atmosphere in her sessions where your body is given space to stretch and relax. She also teaches breathing techniques that I have found so useful in helping to relax which isn’t so easy during pregnancy, in particular, I liked the Golden Thread breath.

I also appreciated the moments when she guided me to connect with your baby, it felt really special to me.
