Yoga Breaks for Your Event

At corporate days, and special events, in-person and online, yoga offers more than a breath of fresh air.

Long periods sitting, staring at screens, trying to maintain concentration, absorb information, meet new people, think creatively…

And however important or exciting the content of the event, attendees can be left feeling burnt out, disengaged or distracted by their numb bum!

Yoga offers a tool for a mental and physical reset, to come back to the next topic refreshed and ready to engage.
