Hi, I’m Hannah.
As someone who has moved around the world, and having had one of my two children whilst living abroad, I know the importance of community. Especially as a new or expecting parent, it’s so important to connect with others.
Yoga isn’t just about movement—it’s about community (kula in Sanskrit or sangha in Buddhism). I wanted to provide a space to meet other expecting parents, share experiences, and build our own ‘village.’ So we have an informal, supportive circle after each class, Whatsapp groups and regular meet-ups.
However you’re feeling about birth and parenthood, you’re welcome here. There’s no one “right” way—only what is right for you.
My approach to classes is down-to-earth, accessible and nurturing. Rather than ‘fixing’ or ‘improving’ anything, I want you to feel more at home in your body and mind, through breathing, moving and listening to yourself.
With trainings in the biomechanics of birth and pelvic floor health, I offer an anatomically-informed practice with a range of options for navigating pelvic pain or physical symptoms.
What I love most about the classes is seeing the support for each other, feeling empowered for the future, and watching them becoming parents. Most of all, when I get to meet one of the new babies!
Whether you come for movement, stillness, or conversation, I look forward to welcoming you.

“Hannah is so knowledgeable and kind, her classes are pure bliss.
The chats and meet ups after class were so helpful to navigate pregnancy and the postnatal period as well as making friends!”
I seek to provide safe and inclusive classes, welcoming people of any age, race, ethnicity, body type, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, ability, socioeconomic status, religious or political affiliation. If I’m falling short, please let me know, and I’ll do better. Unfortunately, our space currently is not step free, due to a broken lift.
I continue to deepen my understanding of the roots of Yoga and decolonise my practice. Yoga is so much more than a workout, and I recommend seeking out specialist teachers to go deeper into pranayama, meditation, and Dharma studies.
I won’t pretend to have all the answers or give health advice that I’m not qualified to, but can help guide you to an expert.
If classes are too expensive for you right now, contact me to check the availability of subsidised places.
